Hyderabad: The Bus and Car Operators Confederation of India (BOCI) announced the 4th edition of Prawaas 4.0, India’s flagship Multimodal Transport Show. The programme will he held from August 29 to 31 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre.

The theme of the three-day event is “Safe, Smart, and Sustainable Passenger Mobility.” Prawaas will bring together the multimodal transport stakeholder which includes manufacturers of buses and cars, fleet owners, as well as partners in metro and LEVs from all 36 States and Union Territories of India.

“Nationwide, 380 million people travel by bus, with Karnataka alone hosting 120 million passengers in KSRTC buses. We have already boosted accessibility with the online All India Permit Service and reduced parking fees at the Kalasipalyam bus stop. We will back the entire ecosystem, aiming to generate 500 crores annually,” said Ramalinga Reddy, Karnataka Minster for Transport and Muzrai. The Show will witness participation of over 100 expert speakers, 200 leading exhibitors, 1,500 industry delegates, and 6,000 bus and car operators, besides an expected attendance of over 10,000 business visitors.
